2011 NYLT Participant Application

Before submitting an application, please refer to the NYLT participant requirements to ensure that the Scout being submitted meets the requirements.

By submitting this application, you wish to enroll the following Scout in the National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) course to be held at Beaumont Scout Reservation from June 12-18, 2011, and June 19-25, 2011.

Follow these steps to apply:

  1. Complete the required information by filling in all fields.
  2. Confirm the information and click "Submit" to submit the application. This will send the application to the NYLT Scoutmaster, to the participant's unit leader to obtain his/her approval, and to you for your records.
  3. After clicking "Submit," print a copy of the submitted application.
  4. Within three weeks of notification that your application has been approved, send a copy of the application and the non-refundable deposit of $75.00 to Don Young, NYLT Scoutmaster, 14296 Bennington Drive, Strongsville, Ohio 44136. Applications not received within three weeks of being approved may not be accepted.

Applications submitted without the unit leader's approval and/or without an accompanying deposit cannot be guaranteed a spot. Full payment is transferable but not refundable after May 1, 2011. Payment may be made by check or credit card. Final and full payment is due by May 1, 2011!
